Returns & Replacements

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

You received the wrong product.

The product was damaged during shipping.

The product is defective or expired.

How to Request a Return:

2. We will review your request within 2 working days.

3. If eligible, we will arrange a return or offer a replacement (based on stock availability).

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only for prepaid orders and issued within 4-7 business days after approval.

Refunds will be sent to your original payment method or provided as store credit.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable, but you can still request a replacement if your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can request a return if eligible.
