1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows: deliveries within the same city usually take 1–2 business days, within the same state 2–3 business days, within the same country 6–7 business days, and international orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or customs delays for international orders.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. Godness is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Godness is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, you may reach out to our support team for assistance in filing a claim.
